高壓電源均壓環(huán)的設(shè)計(jì)

    由于高壓發(fā)生單元整體體積較小,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,每一個(gè)倍壓級(jí)之間的距離非常有限,如果電場(chǎng)分布不夠均勻,則極容易造成倍壓級(jí)之間的爬電、打火等現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)由于終端輸出電壓在380kV的超高壓狀態(tài),因而任何的尖端都可能導(dǎo)致對(duì)空氣放電。為此,在為高壓發(fā)生單元設(shè)計(jì)空間立體結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí),還采用了均壓環(huán)技術(shù),如圖4中所示。均壓環(huán)包圍在高壓發(fā)生單元的外表面,使得高壓發(fā)生單元整體形成較為均勻的電場(chǎng)分布,有效防止了高壓發(fā)生單元內(nèi)部電路之間以及電路板或元件對(duì)空氣的放電打火現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。考慮到高壓發(fā)生單元的自身重量要求,在設(shè)計(jì)中均壓環(huán)采用直徑為18mm的鋁管設(shè)計(jì)。均壓環(huán)除了要求有較輕的重量外,還要求有非常高的表面光潔度。同時(shí)根據(jù)高壓發(fā)生單元電壓等級(jí)的逐漸升高,對(duì)均壓環(huán)的分布密度適當(dāng)增加,以防止高壓放電現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。在均壓環(huán)與高壓發(fā)生單元的電路板之間用絕緣尼龍?jiān)鷰нM(jìn)行固定,防止因均壓環(huán)的滑落和歪斜而導(dǎo)致的電場(chǎng)分布不均。
